Full day or half day training sessions

We recommend that those required to use any of our escape breathing apparatus are trained in its use.  Training sessions will ensure that the users can confidently and quickly don the sets when required to ensure they are fully protected. To facilitate this, Semmco Life Protection Systems offers full day or half day training sessions for our customers, depending on the number of attendees. We recommend no more than 10 attendees per training session and the interactive courses include:

  • demonstrations of the products
  • a chance to don and doff the equipment using our training sets, in a safe environment
  • a Q&A session so your teams feel confident to use them in any future scenarios.

We can also provide ‘Train the Trainer’ courses for customers who have ongoing training requirements.

Training Courses can be delivered at the customer’s site or via a video conferencing facility so please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Product Training Sessions

Training sessions for HEAD Escape & HEAD 15 Working Rescue sets

All our training courses use the HEAD Training Set and Alarm Trainer so that those attending the training courses can use the equipment in a realistic but safe environment.  To facilitate this, Semmco LPS provides the following training course options:

  • Train the User – Our courses, usually a full day or half day depending on the number of attendees, can take place at your facility or by video conferencing.  The courses include demonstrations of the products, the chance to don and doff the equipment using training sets and a Q&A session.   Training is recommended every 2 years from initial training.
  • Train the Trainer – these courses are designed for customers who have ongoing training requirements.  Again these courses are usually a full or half day, depending on the number of attendees and can take place at your facility or by video conferencing.
